Producer mentoring day
Theatre Royal Waterford, in partnership with Garter Lane, recently hosted a producer mentoring day, facilitated by Maura O’Keeffe and Sara Cregan of Once Off Productions.
This first-time event day, attended by members of Waterford’s arts sector, provided valuable and best practice insights and knowledge into the development and presentation of new work and projects. This was a great opportunity for creatives with ambition to make work happen in Waterford.
OnceOff Productions is an independent producing platform established by Maura O’Keeffe to provide creative and flexible producing supports for independent performing artists. This event was supported by The Arts Council.
“Thank you so much for an interesting, insightful, inspiring, engaging, thought provoking and learning and invaluable experience today. I was deeply honoured to be included in such a talented and high quality team of participants. I’m very grateful. I hope I can put what I learned today into more productive proposals…” – workshop participant.
