Cruinniú na nÓg showcase of young people’s spoken word, music & street theatre

Theatre Royal and artist-in-residence Nicholas Kavanagh, Curious State Theatre Company are seeking young spoken word artists, musicians, singers and performers to take part in ‘The Young Triangle’, an exciting outdoor showcase for Cruinniú na nÓg.

Working with Nicholas and a team of professional artists, you’ll get to take part in three workshops where you will learn new skills and prepare for a live performance in and around Waterford’s Viking Triangle on Saturday 7^th June, 1pm – 4pm.

This opportunity is open to:

• Writers aged 15 to 19 yrs
• Musicians aged 12 to 18 yrs
• Performers/Actors  aged13 to 16 yrs

Applicants must have some previous experience in their chosen discipline and will need to be available for workshops on: Sunday, 18^th May, 11am-1pm; Sunday, 1^st June, 11am-1pm and Wednesday, 4^th June, 6.30-8.30pm.
